I'm sorry. You came into the restaurant today and you had shit to do. You had a bunch of really important things to talk to your "client" about. You needed extra room for the minutia of paperwork that you brought and with your laptop and blackberry already taking up much of the table, you had every reason to frown at the host as you were seated. How dare we put you at a table for 4 when you and the other person (that won't join you for another 1/2 hour) need to spread out!

You should have been given a suitable table. Like a conference table! Wait! Don't you have one of those in your building??

You had every right to scowl at me when I made you look up to order your salad,(dressing on the side)and water with lemon. Can't I see that you're busy? I'm scowling at myself!
